The Story Behind the Polish
Hi, I’m Steve. Welcome to the page!
Every great business starts with a turning point, and mine started when I traded the corporate paper trail for a passion I’ve had for years: restoring things to their absolute best.
From the Corporate Grid to the Perfect Finish
For years, I was a corporate man, working hard in the paper industry. When industry shifts led to a corporate downsizing, I found myself at a crossroads. But instead of looking for another desk job, I decided to look at my garage.
Even during my corporate days, my “off time” was spent detailing cars. I’ve always had a deep passion for repairs, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love for making weathered things look shiny and brand new. What started as a weekend escape quickly became my calling.
I decided to take that corporate work ethic, combine it with my love for hands-on craftsmanship, and start my own detailing company. Today, I don’t just clean cars—I restore the pride you feel when you drive them.
Why Choose Me?
When you trust me with your vehicle, you aren’t just getting a quick wash. You are getting:
- A Corporate Standard of Care: I bring professionalism, clear communication, and reliability to every single job.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: I treat every vehicle as if it were my own, hunting down every speck of dust and perfecting every finish.
- A Passion-Driven Service: This isn’t just a job for me; it’s what I love to do.
Life Outside the Shop
When I’m not bringing back that new-car shine, my life is happily centered around family and the great outdoors.
I am a proud father of three! On my days off, you can usually find me hitting the pavement on a run with my partner, Becky, playing a local game of hockey, or heading out into nature. Whether we are hiking, camping, or waiting for a bite while fishing, the outdoors is where I recharge.
“I believe in hard work, honest service, and the satisfaction of a job well done. I look forward to meeting you and making your vehicle look better than the day you drove it off the lot.” — Steve
